Individuals are required to purchase their own lift ticket and provide their own equipment. Please pack or bring money for lunch and supper.
FREE Bus transportation is available. The bus leaves Woody Nook at 5:00AM on Feb 20.

Woody Nook CRC Safe Church Policy

I authorize the Pastor or one Woody Nook CRC Youth Ministry personnel to sign consent for medical treatment and to authorize any physician or hospital to provide medical assessment, treatment or procedures for the participant named above in case I am unable to do so myself.
I/we, named below, undertake and agree to indemnify and hold blameless Woody Nook CRC, its personnel, its leaders and Council from and against any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participant as a result of being part of the activities of Woody Nook CRC, as well as of any medical treatment authorized by the supervising individuals representing Woody Nook CRC. This consent and authorization is effective only when participating in or traveling to events of Woody Nook CRC.
This form is effective for the February 20, 2024 Ski Trip only.
